Subscription terms

Plans and pricing

• Essential: £49 per month + VAT, £99 setup. Initial commitment £687 excluding VAT.
• Growth: £99 per month + VAT, £199 setup. Initial commitment £1,387 excluding VAT.
• Pro: £199 per month + VAT, £399 setup. Initial commitment £2,787 excluding VAT.

All plans include a standard domain renewal allowance of £20/year. Third-party fees and payment processing are additional. Custom portals and ongoing SEO campaigns are quoted separately.

Free months

We set up your Direct Debit when you sign up and take no plan fees for 3 months. Cancel within 14 days of signing up and you won’t be charged. After that your plan continues, and the first monthly payment is taken when your free months end.

Term and cancellation

The initial term is 12 months, followed by monthly renewal with 30 days’ notice.

Ownership

Vibes Technologies owns the website design and code. Your subscription gives you use of it while active. Domain ownership and exit arrangements will be confirmed in the final terms.

Timelines

Your first preview arrives within 48 hours of completed onboarding. Publication follows your approval; custom projects have separate timelines.
