Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website and our customer portal, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This statement covers both.

What you should be able to do

Use every page and form with a keyboard alone.
Zoom to 400% without text spilling off the screen or needing to scroll sideways.
Use a screen reader, voice control or your browser’s own text size and spacing settings.
Expect the home page animations to stop on their own within five seconds, or not move at all if your device is set to reduce motion.
Use a password manager and paste into every sign-in field.

How accessible this website is

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We last checked the site on 20 October 2026 with automated testing across every page type, keyboard-only testing, zoom and text-spacing checks, and a review of colour contrast. We have not yet tested it with disabled users, and we plan to.

Known limitation: the “Trades. Food. Retail.” wordmarks on the home page are drawn as an image so they can animate. Screen readers read them out correctly, but they don’t follow your own text size or spacing settings.

If you can’t use part of this site, need information in a different format, or would rather not use our online forms, email info@vibestechnologies.ai. Tell us what you were trying to do and what would help. We reply within one working day.

Reporting a problem

If you find something that doesn’t work for you, please email info@vibestechnologies.ai with the page address and what happened. We treat accessibility problems as bugs and fix them as a priority.

If you’re not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
