How do the 3 free months work?
Your Direct Debit is set up when you sign up, but no plan fees are taken for the first 3 months. Cancel within 14 days of signing up and you won’t be charged. After that your plan continues, and the first monthly payment is taken when the free months end.
What does the subscription cover?
Your plan covers the managed website, hosting, maintenance and the listed support allowances. Setup is charged separately.
When will I see my website?
Your first preview arrives within 48 hours of completed onboarding. Publication follows your approval; custom projects have separate timelines.
Who owns the website?
Vibes Technologies owns the website design and code. Your subscription gives you use of it while active. Domain ownership and exit arrangements will be confirmed in the final terms.
Can I cancel?
The initial term is 12 months, followed by monthly renewal with 30 days’ notice. Full cancellation terms are shown before purchase.
