Privacy notice

Draft for review. Have this page checked by a qualified adviser before the site goes live.

V Technologies Limited (“Vibes Technologies”, “we”), is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

  • Enquiry and plan request forms: your name, email, optional phone number, business name, plan choice, your website requirements and the message you write.
  • Job applications: your name, email, optional phone number, the role you’re interested in, any link you share and what you tell us about yourself.
  • Technical data: our servers process your IP address to deliver pages and to block abuse (rate limiting). Our application logs do not record IP addresses, form contents or cookies.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and we do not load fonts or scripts from third parties.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and to prepare your terms and onboarding (steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
  • To consider your job application (steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
  • To keep the website secure (our legitimate interest in protecting our systems).

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, only the people at Vibes Technologies who need it can see it, and we never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and job applications are deleted automatically after 180 days unless you become a customer, in which case customer records are kept for the length of the contract plus the period required for tax and accounting law.

Payments

When online payments are introduced, card details will be entered on our payment provider’s secure hosted page and will never pass through or be stored on our servers.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider and email provider process data on our behalf under contract. We will list any payment provider here before payments go live.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Contact us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
